Preferential discounted maintenance rates Vehicle must be seen every 4-6weeks Designed to keep your coatings topped up to last To keep that Full detail shine in place Preferential maintenance rates will apply to vehicles maintained at regular intervals and in acceptable condition per visit.
Cancellation Policy
Wayworx Detailing – Booking Policy At Wayworx Detailing we aim to provide a professional, reliable service with clear communication from booking through to completion. Please take a moment to read the following booking policy before confirming your appointment. 📅 Bookings & Availability • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. • Appointments are available 7 days a week, including weekends. • Time slots are allocated based on the service booked — please allow adequate time for your chosen package. 🚗 Vehicle Condition • Packages are based on vehicles in average condition. • Excessively soiled vehicles (heavy pet hair, biohazards, excessive mud, paint contamination, etc.) may require additional time and product usage — this will always be discussed before work begins. • Accurate descriptions and photos at booking help ensure the correct service is scheduled for complete customer satifaction ☔ Weather & Mobile Detailing • As a mobile service, weather conditions can affect appointments. •. Heavy rain, strong winds, extreme cold Could have an effect on your booking and may need to reschedule • Wherever possible, alternative dates will be offered promptly. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, particularly for longer or specialist bookings. • This helps protect time allocated exclusively for your vehicle. 💳 Deposits • Paint correction and ceramic coating services require a booking deposit to secure the appointment (50%) • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if sufficient notice is given. 🔑 Access to Vehicle • Please ensure clear access to the vehicle and sufficient space to work safely. • Vehicles should be free of personal belongings where possible to allow thorough cleaning. • Power and water access may be required for certain services (this will be confirmed in advance). ✨ Satisfaction & Standards • Every vehicle is treated with care using safe methods and safe professional products. • Results will reflect the condition of the vehicle and the service booked — unrealistic expectations will always be discussed honestly beforehand • Your satisfaction matters, and any concerns should be raised at the time of completion.
